CUBBIE STATION & ST GEORGE WINERY | HALF DAY TOUR

Cubbie Station is the largest irrigation property in Australia. Overfly the vast cotton farm that has brought wealth and jobs to the Dirranbandi district. On the way home we stop in St George and are hosted by the Riversands Wines with a tour of their vineyard and lunch or morning tea on the banks of the Balonne River.

LIGHTNING RIDGE | FULL DAY TOUR

Lightning Ridge is the outback mining town that's famous for its rare black opals. It is a charismatic town on the edge of the NSW outback. After an hours flight across the rich irrigation farming area of the Macintyre valley, we land at Lightning Ridge. A four hour tour includes Opal cutting demonstrations, tours and access to local attractions such as Fred Bodel's Camp, Astronomer's Monument, Amigo's Castle, and Lunatic Hill open cut mine. Get to fossick for opal and hear the history of our opal bearing ridge. The friendly guides are real opal miners guaranteeing an unforgettable experience. Lunch and Afternoon teas are included.
